Custom P&L Report
The operating statements of thousands of hotels have been entered into the STR database, giving you the ability to customize a report to suit your needs. Each Custom P&L Report contains information by department, including details of rooms, food and beverage, marketing, utility costs, property and maintenance, administrative and general, as well as select fixed charges. The Custom P&L Report enables you to aggregate revenue and expense data with properties in a competitive set selected by you.
