LONDON—Jeddah’s hotel industry reported slightly lower performance levels compared with the month prior, according to preliminary July 2021 data from STR.
- Occupancy: 55.0%
- Average daily rate (ADR): SAR660.18
- Revenue per available room (RevPAR): SAR363.33
Although lower than the month prior, absolute occupancy and RevPAR were higher than the average levels seen throughout the pandemic in 2020.
